Maria, Customer Service/ Practice Development
Maria has 22 years office experience, 20 of which have been in our office. Maria graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BS degree in Dental Hygiene. When Maria is in the office, her service to our practice is immeasureable.
Maria must share her time with her and Dr. Graham's 3 kids, their activities, and community involvement. That's right...she is superwoman! And our team feels compelled to say that Maria is the most caring and sweet person to our entire team. Thanks.
Frankie, Senior Treatment Assistant
"Frankie was here before Dr. Graham was" is a famous saying in our office. Frankie has been on our team for 25 years and worked almost every position. Frankie received a dental hygiene license from UAB, but thank goodness for us she chose orthodontics for a profession. She is excellent with adult patients, and her experience is invaluable when it comes to difficult procedures. She and her husband, Fred, have been together since high school. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren, all of whom live close by.
Debbie, Clinical Supervisor
Debbie has 25 years orthodontic experience. Debbie moved to Huntsville via Memphis and St Louis, and has worked with our team for 5 years. She has 3 children, two in braces, and all enjoy boating and dirt biking. Debbie is excellent with orthodontic patients of all ages however she is very good with "very young, squirmy kids with crazy teeth".
Becki, Treatment Coordinator
Becki has been a gem of a find for our office. She is a perfect fit with four years orthodontic and five years management experience. She worked as a treatment coordinator for two years in Birmingham and was a customer relations manager for an orthodontic patient education software company. Wow! Becki will help you get acquainted with our office and discuss the treatment plans that Dr. Graham has prepared. Her genuine interest in your happiness in our practice and knowledge of orthodontics make her ideal as “your friend in the practice”.Call her any time.Becki attended the University of Alabama. She enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with family and friends.Becki's sister has worked many years for an Endodontist in Huntsville.
Nekta, Financial Coordinator
Nekta does a wonderful job in working with our patients in their financing of orthodontic treatment. She looks at a patient’s finances as their relationship to our patients. You can count on Nekta to create and maintain that relationship for every patient. Nekta has 15 years experience in bookkeeping and accounts R/P. She’s not new to the job but she is new to being an orthodontic mom (daughter, age 12 has just started treatment).
Nekta has an Associates degree from Martin College. Her residence is in Tennessee. That is where she does a little gardening and watches her daughter cheer and
play ball.
Suzie, Scheduling
Although Suzie loves meeting new people, in our office it is usually meeting by phone. We persuaded her to leave finance and sales positions to join our team. Suzie’s education is a BSBA in Finance from UAH. She and her husband of 22 years have two kids. Besides work and family, you might see Suzie teaching aerobics, biking, or doing a “little” gardening.
Susan, Executive Secretary
Simply indispensable to the doctors! Susan possesses the knowledge, background and maturity to handle all the administrative, organizational, and the doctor’s personal demands within our practice. Susan’s formal education includes a BS degree in business from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has job experience from hyperbaric medicine to geotechnical engineering. With this successful business history, how did she and Roger (husband of 30 years) have time to raise three boys? They did while enjoying tennis and lake sports. Susan also enjoys gardening…and is a
talented flutist! Considering the cosmopolitan make-up of
Huntsville, Susan interacts well on many levels. She lived in five
southern states and Michigan.
Ashley, Treatment Assistant
As one of our treatment assistants, Ashley came to us all the way from Anchorage, Alaska, where she resided for five years. Ashley and her husband enjoyed amazing experiences in Alaska, while he served his country in the Air Force. Her great attitude and desire to please are a wonderful addition to our treatment staff. Ashley has considerable experience in the dental field; and when she’s not in our office, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, friends and kitten, Aubie. Did we mention Ashley is a huge Auburn fan?
Angela, Treatment Assistant
Angela was raised in Michigan and moved to Huntsville in 2006. She has several years of experience in the dental field. She also has a special relationship with the kids in our office, probably because she has two children of her own. She relates well to the children and talks to them about her favorite sports: hockey, soccer and baseball. Angela received her Certificate in Dental Assisting from Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan. When she is not working, she is spending time at her children’s’ sporting events. Angela’s love for sports may have something to do
with the fact that her husband of nine years is a professional
athletic trainer.
Rebecca, Treatment Assistant
Rebecca comes to us with experience in the orthodontic field. She and her husband moved to the Huntsville area from Worcester, Maine. Rebecca attended Pensacola Junior College where she studied dental assisting and passed the National Dental Assisting Boards, obtaining a Certificate in Dental Assisting. Rebecca’s outside activities include traveling and spending time with her family. She looks forward to each day in our office where she can grow and learn about orthodontics and become an integral part in the future smiles of our patients.
Emily, Part-Time Employee
We love our part-time help. Emily attends Calhoun Community College where she is majoring in Music Industry Communications. She and her family always entertain us during the holidays with special music; and all of them, including all ten siblings and parents, either play a musical instrument or sing. Wow! Her favorite musical instrument is her own voice—she loves to sing. Her love for the fine arts gives her a discipline that is immeasurable to our office staff. She is always cheerful and willing to take on new responsibilities. In her spare time, when she isn’t going to
school or taking care of tasks in our office, she loves to travel.
Her hopes are to visit New York and, maybe one day, to venture
out of the country to Italy.
Charisa, Records Coordinator, Treatment Assistant
Charisa is one of the first people you will meet in our office as you prepare to begin your orthodontic treatment. She is responsible for taking the photos, x-rays, and models that are needed in order for Drs. Graham and Limbaugh to complete each treatment plan, and she will put you immediately at ease with her beautiful, patient smile. Charisa has earned her dental assisting degree and worked as an assistant for a general dentist before joining our team. She has two children, ages 12 and 8, and enjoys spending time with her family, riding motorcycles, spending time outdoors, and watching Alabama football.
Dixie, Receptionist
With her outgoing personality, she will be waiting on your arrival with a smile! She has 17 years of past office experience, but is relatively new to the orthodontic office, having joined our team in the past year. She and her husband have two beautiful daughters, ages 16 and 6. When Dixie is not at our office, she also serves as PTO President, serves on a committee for the Recreation Center, and is team mom for both softball and basketball teams! Whew—and we thought we kept her busy at our office! In her “off” time, Dixie enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, reading and traveling.
Judy, Treatment Assistant
We were very excited about Judy joining our team, bringing with her 17 years of past orthodontic experience. Her caring attitude and warm smile helps to make each patient feel comfortable. She and her husband have one son and live near Lake Guntersville, where any chance she gets, you will find her on the water boating with friends. Judy tells us that the things she loves the most about being an orthodontic assistant is being a part of giving patients a new smile and helping them gain new self-confidence along with their new smile.
Deayhonna, Treatment Assistant
With her positive attitude and bubbly personality, not only does Deayhonna keep our patients smiling, but she also keeps our whole team positive. She has four years of past orthodontic experience, and when she is not in our office, she is busy taking night classes in massage therapy and spending time with her fifteen-year-old daughter. Deayhonna’s favorite part of being a treatment assistant is that she is able to be a part of creating beautiful smiles. In her small amount of spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling to the beach.
Pat, Treatment Assistant
Pat has worked in the dental field since 1982, and received her license in Dental Hygiene from UAB in 1991. While the orthodontic field is new to her, she is quickly becoming a valuable asset to our practice. Pat has a beautiful four-year-old daughter that she enjoys spending time with, and also in her spare time, she enjoys writing and photography. (She has won awards for both!!)
