Both treatment bays have cheerful, friendly, and professional qualities. In orthodontics, we perform noninvasive procedures and provide instructions and explainations concerning treatment that apply to all patients. This has led to the "open treatment area" type layout in virtually all orthodontic practices today. |

Our sterilization standard operation procedures conform to those recommended by the Center for Disease Control and OSHA. Your safety is utmost during your treatment in our office. All instruments are sterilized before every use. |

We cater to adults by scheduling them in their own room supplied with reading materials that are current and appropriate to their interests. Adult patients are more curious about each adjustment and frequently need more time for procedures. Otherwise, their teeth move just as easily as teenagers. |

Since the events of September 11th, we have displayed a wallsize American flag to visibly demonstrate our patriotism. A "Forrest Gump" bench hugs the wall along with several team photos of Dr Graham's baseball and softball teams. |

Graffiti! It all started rather innocently when we first moved into our new office. This room had not been painted yet, so we allowed patients to autograph the wall while they were having their diagnostic records taken. It generated such excitement that we continued the tradition after the first coat of fresh paint. |

Not all Orthodontists have digital radiography. It is clearer, exposes less radiation, and is easily transmittable on-line. Huntsville Hospital, Radiology, and Pathology medical groups are now using digital records to easily access diagnostic information from remote sites and consult with other disciplines simultaneously. This is the future as multiple disciplines of dentistry are needed to optimize patient care and maximize results. |

About half of our office's study models, retainers, TMJ splints, and other orthodontic appliances are made inhouse. Several of our Treatment Staff are also experienced in laboratory procedures. We have also had the privilege over the years of employing four UAH Predental students to help with study model fabrication. All four were talented and smart enough to be accepted into dental school. |
